As a founder of Time MCG, George Sanne started the early part of his career in Banking. This was followed by Executive Search for 12 years predominantly in the Netherlands, as well as Belgium and Luxembourg.
He was a Partner in Belgium & Luxembourg followed by five years as a Managing Partner for Boyden Global Executive Search in The Netherlands.
Responding to differing demands he has refocused his efforts where he felt and identified more of a professional need in exerting his expertise. Notably to provide individuals, Managers and Executives with proper training and development, career direction, planning, and counselling in their professional lives, particularly for those in the Banking and Financial Industry.
He has in his career interviewed hundreds of people across different sectors and industries and regularly provided career and remuneration counselling. He also sees a need for employers including HR and Management to be properly advised on how to best retain and maximise their staffing talent. These individuals work in differing white collar functions, in senior specialist areas, managerial or executive positions across different industries and sectors. As well as the individuals George has dealt with employers ranging from start ups to blue chip multi-nationals including some of the largest banks in the Benelux where he feels there is a stronger need for these services.
George has a BA in Sociology and an MA in International Relations. George is currently in training to become a Professional and Certified Coach in line with the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Over recent years George Sanne has developed a strong interest in social and cultural anthropology and the study of human behavioural patterns in business.
Over the last 15 years Wouter de Niet has held various positions from Recruiter (corporate, in-house, agency), Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant through to Business Development Manager and Practice Leader for major international executive search, management consulting and recruiting firms. He has interviewed a large number of professionals and has successfully conducted many local and pan-European searches at middle management, senior management and c-level across different disciplines and industries.
Paul has followed his passion for logistics and planning from South Africa to Dubai and back to England working for Mobil, Imperial and for 9 years as CEO for Massar Solutions PJSC in Dubai. He is delighted to be back in the UK and to work with motivated business owners to plan and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Ian has worked in the Thames Valley for more than two decades, as Sales Director and Managing Director and adviser for national and local businesses in the brewing, facilities services and craft industries. He has always enjoyed building teams and creating new services and bringing ideas to fruition.
